While construction is moving along on the new Grand Junction Community Center, fundraising for furnishings is going forward, too.
The committee is raffling a pair of tickets to see the Oak Ridge Boys Nov. 7 at Wild Rose Jefferson. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20 and can be purchased at the Grand Junction city hall or from Joan Dearborn or Diane Wise.
The drawing will be held Oct. 16. All proceeds will go to the new Grand Junction Community Center. Persons who want more information can call Wise at 515-370-1675.
